Off-campus crimes have Loyola, Tulane students on edge - New Orleans News, Breaking News, Sports & Weather - FOX 8 Live WVUE-TV Channel 8: "It follows unnerving crimes near the schools. Just this week, police said two women were raped only blocks from Tulane and Loyola.
"Our heart goes out to them, but no they were not students at Tulane,” stated Hogg.
Police said the two women were attacked near South Robertson and Palmer Streets while walking, around 3:00 a.m. Monday. Baroffio knows the area of the attack well.
